Facilities and Technical Services Department

The Facilities and Technical Department coordinates and manages the administrative and operational activities of the Komitas Museum-Institute, ensuring the proper maintenance and operation of the Museum's building, premises, and property. The Department is responsible for facilities management, planning and implementing maintenance activities, supervising the operation of engineering and utility systems, organizing routine and major repairs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, sanitary, and fire safety regulations. It also assesses the Museum's operational needs, coordinates the procurement of the necessary goods and services, and provides the conditions required for the efficient and uninterrupted functioning of the institution.
